Beyond Nutrition

Oishi is a brand created to help mothers simplify their children’s nutrition while strengthening their bond.

The challenge was to design a visual identity that captured the essence of the brand: simple, young, light, feminine, fun, creative, and inviting.

The client wanted to break away from traditional, rigid approaches to food and instead highlight the idea of making nutrition uncomplicated, joyful, and a way of building connection.

The solution was to create a concept that reflects this belief: food as more than sustenance — it becomes a tool for connection, creativity, and happy memories. The visual identity was designed to feel approachable and friendly, while expressing the brand’s playful and positive spirit.

For Oishi, I created simple illustrations of personified foods — broccoli, cookies, and oranges — representing parent and child and highlighting the joys of parenthood. Each features a larger and smaller version, symbolizing connection, care, and shared moments.

These playful, friendly patterns bring the brand’s spirit to life, inviting Oishi’s “familish” (their community of families) and “oishinhos” (the little ones) to enjoy simple, joyful, and creative moments together.
